The role of the Researcher is to directly and indirectly contribute to the Consultants' job assignments and Executive Search solutions such as retainer assignment, market mapping and talent mapping. Proactively in assisting consultants to deliver a satisfaction result to their clients' requirement. Your key contribution not only to help consultants to identify and source for best fit candidates; but also to assist them in lead generation for future prospects and potential opportunities between consultants, clients and candidates.

Candidate Search:

  • Partner with consultants on their search assignments and solutions
  • Clearly understanding the clients' requirements from Consultants and/or Client briefs
  • Join clients' virtual meeting with consultant to better understanding clients' requirement.
  • Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants' assignment. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search (Bullhorn), job advertisement posting on print & on-line media, referrals, regular networking, etc.
  • Assist in origination of new targeted companies (as advised by Consultants)
  • Build relationship with candidates for a long-term partnership for future job opportunities and referrals.
  • Pre-screening candidates and preparing shortlist for face-to-face interviews with Consultants
  • Assist in coordinating interview schedules and any other assistance as may be required in closing positions such as CV formatting, reference checking, etc
  • Get feedback and outcomes from Consultants on presented candidates.
  • Always keep candidates informed on the application process and outcome
  • Event Management (if any)

Database Management:

  • Saving all incoming CVs in our database management system (bullhorn)
  • Regular database maintenance and housekeeping (including Public folders containing CVs)

Drafting job advertisements:

  • Drafting proper job advertisements based on job information received from Consultants and client briefs / job descriptions.
  • Posting job advertisements in relevant medias

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internship experience in HR, research, recruitment, or consulting is an added advantage.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and organize information from multiple sources.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written) and comfortable speaking with candidates and joining client meetings.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and administrative skills, including database management.
  • Comfortable using MS Office applications
  • Willing to learn, open-minded, and able to work well as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity when handling candidate and client information.
