Job Descriptions:

(1)    Conduct literature reviews on published literature/articles/publications.

(2)    Collect and analyze data.

(3)    Request or acquire equipment or supplies necessary for any assigned project/work.

(4)    Manage and respond to any assigned project/work-related email/mail/letter.

(5)    Attend any assigned project/work meetings, seminars, workshops, field trips or anything related as and when necessary.

(6)    Prepare progress reports and slide presentations.

(7)    Liaise with the related third party concerning the assigned project/work.

(8)    Keep and maintain proper records of clients.

(9)    Any other duties as may be reasonably expected and required by the Firm/Project Director which commensurate with the level of post.

Job Requirements:

· Hold a recognized Bachelor's/Master's in Law (or equivalent) with a CGPA of 3.00 or higher.

· One (1) year prior experience in legal research works/activities (but not compulsory)

· Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

· Proficiency in utilizing research engines for legal databases.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent/good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

· Able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a teamwork environment.

· Understand office etiquette & able to accept and adapt to the Firm's working culture.

· Flexibility with mobility, willingness to travel (local and abroad), and ability to attend to ad-hoc matters.
