What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned brands and product lines in alignment with company and principal objectives.
  • Recommend and implement sales, advertising, and promotional strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Identify and expand the right distribution channels, crafting effective penetration strategies to strengthen market reach.
  • Conduct market visits and gather market intelligence to stay ahead of trends and competitors.
  • Analyze brand performance, sales data, and brand health metrics to identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and new market entrants, providing strategic insights to management.
  • Maintain and enhance strong relationships with principals, agencies, and key customers, representing the company's brand image professionally.

Who We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the consumer or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in brand or product management, preferably within Halal-certified categories.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and capable of delivering impactful presentations.
  • Strong marketing knowledge with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve business goals.
  • Passionate, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-moving environment.
