Job Responsibility

  • Customer Relationship Management â Serve as the main liaison between customers and the company, ensuring professional communication and timely resolution of enquiries and feedback.
  • Event Planning & Execution â Plan and coordinate project launches, customer events, and promotional activities to enhance brand image and customer engagement.
  • Customer Feedback & Reporting â Collect and analyze customer feedback, prepare reports, and propose improvement actions to management for service enhancement.
  • Media Relations â Coordinate with media outlets and agencies for press releases, media coverage, and advertisement placements to promote the companyâs projects.
  • Showroom & Site Visits â Conduct regular visits to showrooms and sites to ensure presentation quality and gather customer insights for improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination â Collaborate with sales, project, and design teams to align marketing activities with project timelines and company objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities - Conduct market research, analyse and provide actionable marketing strategy and recommendations.
  • Community Outreach â Support or organize CSR and community engagement programs to strengthen corporate image and maintain good relationships with the surrounding community.
  • Ad-Hoc Task Management - Undertake any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, Â Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with a property's marketing field.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong communication and execution skills.

A remuneration package and position title will be offered based on the skill and experience in similar fields.
