JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide technical support for computers, printers, POS systems, and network devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff and departments.
  • Maintain and update hotel systems such as PMS, POS, and back-office applications.
  • Assist in setting up new users, email accounts, and system access.
  • Ensure regular data backups and system security updates.
  • Support CCTV, telephone, Wi-Fi, and other IT-related systems.
  • Liaise with vendors for IT maintenance and support services.
  • Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
  • Assist in upgrading systems and implementing new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in hotel systems (PMS/POS) is an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and respond quickly to technical issues.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
