Position Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to focus on new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand promotion. The role requires strong communication, strategic sales execution, and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients, while also managing marketing activities to strengthen brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Sales

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records with timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.

2) Marketing

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (digital and offline).
  • Manage and update company social media accounts and website content.
  • Support in designing marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Monitor marketing campaign results and prepare performance reports.
  • Collect market insights and customer feedback to support product positioning and strategy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
