  • Supervise and coordinate daily production operations to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
  • Plan and allocate manpower according to daily production schedules.
  • Monitor machine performance, production output, and product quality throughout the process.
  • Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, and HALAL requirements.
  • Work closely with the QC/QA team to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency.
  • Maintain proper documentation and production records in line with company standards.
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and discipline among production operators.
  • Provide training, guidance, and motivation to operators to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in food manufacturing or production supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team of operators.
  • Able to work independently, handle pressure, and meet production deadlines.
  • Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and HALAL practices will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, result-oriented, and committed to achieving operational excellence.
