Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project management of key PFS system related projects in line with business direction to drive PFS business growth & franchise leadership (Deposit & FD Businesses)
  • Responsible for delivery of projects for PFS. Some projects are complex or large system implementations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Responsible for defining , planning , initiating, managing , controlling and closing the project including Project Management, Change Management, Schedule Management, Scope Management, Cost Management, Quality Management, Stakeholder Management, Risk Management etc
  • Manage project CAPEX and OPEX, raising, updating & monitoring Project CERs
  • Work with GITI & ISD to establish benchmarks & SLAs for system performance
  • Adopt & implement best practices to support business – PFS in drive to improve governance, market response & customer service
  • Support PFS Business – in system projects related to goal of driving and delivery of ISO objectives

Requirements:

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Degree holder in relevant equivalent fields such as Business Management, Finance and Investment, Banking, Digital & etc.
  • Minimum 5 years Experience in the financial services industry and knowledge on Personal Financial Services product
