As a SAP GRC Consultant, you will expertise in
SAP GRC 12
covering
Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), and Business Roles Management (BRM)
. Skilled in
rule sets, SoD risks, workflow configuration, BRM methodology, and SAP authorizations
.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical implementation of complex authorization and security features in various SAP modules and technologies, including custom development and interfaces.
• Act as the subject matter expert for SAP Authorization S4Hana and cloud solutions, providing strategic direction and technical consultation to IT leadership, business process owners, and project teams.
• Define, maintain, and improve IT processes and standards specifically for SAP security lifecycle management, emergency access, user provisioning, and audit response.
• Perform technical reviews and quality assurance of authorization changes and new deployments to ensure compliance and system stability.
• Demonstrated ability to propose and implement innovative authorization and security solutions.
• Coach and mentor authorization team members, providing guidance on complex technical challenges and promoting professional development.
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills by working effectively with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to translate security requirements into technical solutions.
• Lead technical workshops and present complex security topics to diverse audiences.

Job Description:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP GRC Security.
• Advanced technical knowledge of SAP GRC 12 system Access Risk Analysis module:
• Rule sets creation and maintenance.
• Functions and Risks (SoD and Critical Actions/Permissions) definition and maintenance, Organization Rules maintenance.
• Configuration of risk analysis engine (synchronization jobs, background jobs etc.)
• Experience in Fiori and NWBC user interface.
• Module specific authorization roles creation and maintenance.
• Workflow configuration and maintenance
• MSMP Debug log read and understanding, Support of access requests administration
• Module web services usage monitoring and logging, troubleshooting.
• Advanced technical knowledge of SAP GRC 12 system Business Roles.
• SAP Authorizations concepts, model and how to at least advanced knowledge (authorization checks, roles based system approach, roles definition and maintenance, objects purpose, audit and authorization traces etc).
• Previous working experience in validated environments is very good to have but not mandatory
