About One People Team (OPT)
One People Team (OPT) is a bespoke HR advisory and leadership training company that partners with businesses to help them grow through their people.
OPT has two business pillars:
- OPT Advisory: strategic HR business partnering
- OPT Academy: leadership development, workshops, coaching, and learning programs

The Role: Talent Executive
We're looking to connect with HR professionals who have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Talent Acquisition – Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
HR Operations – Overseeing employee lifecycle processes, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and collaborating across functions to enhance HR service delivery
Payroll – Handling end-to-end payroll with accuracy and compliance
HR Business Partnering – Supporting business units with people strategy and advisory
Learning & Development – Facilitating leadership or management workshops, coaching sessions, and managing talent or development programmes
Compensation & Benefits – Supporting salary review cycles, benefits programs, and reward strategies
Who This Role Is For
Proven experience in a similar HR capacity
A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities
Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
The ability to prioritise and delegate tasks as needed
A strong understanding of HR best practices, regulations, and employment laws
The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams
