Job Title: Chargeman (A4)

Job Overview:

The Chargeman A4 is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems, high-voltage equipment, and related installations in accordance with local regulations and safety standards. This role includes supervising the electrical maintenance team and responding to breakdowns to minimize downtime in a hotel environment.

Job Overview:

• Maintaining and Operating Electrical Systems:Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of electrical equipment and systems, including power distribution, lighting, and other electrical components.
• Troubleshooting and Repair:Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues with electrical systems and equipment, including conducting repairs and replacements.
• Preventive and Predictive Maintenance:Implementing and maintaining a preventive maintenance schedule to ensure the reliability and longevity of electrical equipment.
• Safety Compliance:Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment.
• Supervision and Support:Providing guidance and support to other electrical personnel, including electricians and wiremen, and assisting engineers with various tasks.
• Documentation and Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of work performed, maintenance activities, and any incidents or issues encountered.
• Work Order Management:Preparing and executing work orders for maintenance and repairs, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Condition-Based Monitoring:Monitoring the performance of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues before they become critical.
• Project Support:Assisting with electrical aspects of projects, including commissioning and troubleshooting new equipment.
• Electrical Quality Checks:Performing quality checks on electrical installations and equipment to ensure compliance with standards.
• Data Center Maintenance:Performing daily health checks and maintenance on data center facilities.
• Contractor Supervision:Supervising contractors during emergency situations or maintenance projects.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining an inventory of spare parts and materials needed for electrical maintenance.
• Training and Development:Providing training and development to other electrical personnel, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
