RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overseeing daily site operations to ensure projects are completed timely and within budget.
  • Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Supervising construction activities and ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
  • Monitoring work progress, and resolving technical/site issues promptly.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Managing site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Attending site meetings and liaising with various Consultants in resolving technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Good communication.
  • Willing to work on-site.
