Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Able to work weekend and public holidays if any urgent work assign by HOD
  • Team player with positive work attitude & continue learning interest possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain and service CNC machines, ensuring proper functionality and precision
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
  • Calibrate and align CNC machines to meet technical specifications and operational standards
  • Replace or repair worn-out machine parts, tool and accessories
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings and schematic
  • Document service activities, maintenance reports and machine performance logs
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company maintenance procedures
  • Provide technical support and training to machine operators and production staff
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisor and production and production teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
