Job responsibilities

Equipment Technician

  1. Possess skills in maintaining and servicing automated production line equipment.
  2. Equipment malfunction repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  3. Maintain area cleanliness, including hygiene, cleaning, and sweeping.

Facilities Technician

  1. Possess skills in maintaining and servicing compressed air systems, air conditioning, water systems, electrical systems, warehouse facilities, and equipment.
  2. Facility malfunction repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  3. Maintain area cleanliness, including hygiene, cleaning, and sweeping.

Job requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Related fields in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends (12-hour shifts).
  • Available to work 6 days a week with 1 day off.
  • Has a certain understanding of industrial safety and special equipment regulations.
  • Preference will be given to those with a Boiler Certificate or Low Voltage Certificate. (Certification holders are eligible for higher salaries.)
  • More than 3 years of experience in factory equipment maintenance.
  • A total of 6 vacancies are available.

Tanggungjawab

Juruteknik Peralatan

  1. Mempunyai kemahiran dalam penyelenggaraan dan penjagaan peralatan automasi pada barisan pengeluaran.
  2. Pembaikan kerosakan peralatan, penyelenggaraan, dan pemeriksaan.
  3. Menjaga kebersihan kawasan, termasuk kebersihan, pembersihan, dan menyapu.

Juruteknik Kemudahan

  1. Mempunyai kemahiran dalam penyelenggaraan dan penjagaan sistem udara termampat, penghawa dingin, sistem air, sistem elektrik, kemudahan gudang, dan peralatan.
  2. Pembaikan kerosakan kemudahan, penyelenggaraan, dan pemeriksaan.
  3. Menjaga kebersihan kawasan, termasuk kebersihan, pembersihan, dan menyapu.

Keperluan:

  • Minimum SPM atau kelayakan setaraf.
  • Bidang berkaitan dalam Kejuruteraan Mekanikal dan Elektrik.
  • Kemahiran komputer asas adalah diutamakan.
  • Sanggup bekerjasyif bergilir, termasuk malam dan hujung minggu (syif 12 jam).
  • Boleh bekerja 6 hari seminggu dengan 1 hari cuti.
  • Mempunyai pemahaman tertentu mengenai keselamatan industri dan peraturan peralatan khas.
  • Keutamaan akan diberikan kepada mereka yang memiliki Sijil Boiler atau Sijil Elektrik Voltan Rendah.(Pemegang sijil layak menerima gaji yang lebih tinggi.)
  • Lebih daripada 3 tahun pengalaman dalam penyelenggaraan peralatan kilang.
  • Terdapat 6 kekosongan yang tersedia.
