Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP), covering recording, processing, and reporting of financial transactions.
  • Manage tax-related matters, including SST/GST submission and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Perform (AP) functions such as invoice verification and payment processing.
  • Assist in (AR) functions, including preparing and issuing invoices, debit notes (DN), and credit notes (CN).
  • Finalize monthly management accounts independently for review, analysis, and evaluation.
  • Prepare creditor, debtor, and bank reconciliation to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Perform payroll calculations including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Assist in internal and external audits as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agents on audit, tax, and statutory matters.
  • Committed to meeting all deadlines and ensuring timely submissions.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the accounting field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and must be proficient in SQL Accounting Software.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax regulations.
  • Experience handling internal and external audits.
  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).

5 working days per week (Sat is working day)

**Choose 1 off day between Mon–Fri

Working Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm
