Job Description & Details
Position: Live Host
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200
Working Hours: 6 Hours (Flexible)
Working Days: Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Rest Day)
Location: No. 19 Jalan Mahagoni 5A, Bandar Utama, 44300 Batang Kali, Selangor
1) Host and manage live streaming sessions on social media platforms according to the company's schedule
2) Engage and attract viewers with an energetic, friendly, and interactive presentation style
3) Monitor and respond to audience engagement during live sessions (comments, questions, and feedback)
4) Set up and manage the "yellow bag" (shopping cart) to ensure products are displayed accurately during live sessions
5) Assist in digital marketing strategies including running and monitoring paid ads on social platforms
6) Utilize Google Analytics and related tools to analyze live performance, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
7) Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content, promotions, and suitable strategies
8) Ensure technical equipment (camera, lighting, microphone, internet) is properly set up and functioning before and during live sessions
Requirements / Preferred Qualities
1) Able communication and presentation skills
2) Confident, energetic, and comfortable in front of the camera
3) Basic understanding of social media platforms
4) Able to troubleshoot technical issues related to live streaming (camera, lighting, sound, internet)
5) Creative, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
