The System Administrator is responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of squad hosts and networks. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware, as well as ensuring system security and performance. The role also involves managing infrastructure requests handled by other teams, such as following up on firewall update requests. The candidate will work part of an existing System Engineers Chapter, with 2 days a week working at the office. The Swift office is located in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.  The successful candidate should be ready to travel in EU and to work in shift when priority ask for it.

What to Expect:

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, servers, and related hardware/software on RHEL OS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect systems from unauthorized access or attacks.
• Monitor system performance to ensure compliance with performance requirements.
• Provide technical support to users as needed.
• Monitor Mulesoft API performance.
• Automate system administration tasks using Ansible.
• Install internal applications and setup a proper monitoring

Must Have:

• University degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in system administration
• Strong technical skills in operating systems, network, and security.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in managing and deploying secure environments.
• Knowledge of container platforms such as OpenShift, Docker, and AWS.
• Proficiency in Unix scripting and Ansible
• Knowledge of MuleSoft is a plus.
