REQUIREMENTS:

Ø Proven Experience As Data Entry Clerk

Ø Fast Typing Skills, Knowledge Of Touch Typing System Is Strongly Preferred

Ø Excellent Knowledge Of Word Processing Tools And Spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel Etc.)

Ø Working Knowledge Of Office Equipment And Computer Hardware And Peripheral Devices

Ø Basic Understanding Of Databases

Ø Good Command Of English Both Oral And Written And Customer Service Skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ø Transfer Data From Paper Formats Into Computer Files

Ø Database Systems Using Keyboards, Data Recorders Or Optical Scanners

Ø Type In Data Provided Directly From Customers

Ø Create Spreadsheets With Large Numbers Of Figures Without Mistakes

Ø Verify Data By Comparing It To Source Documents

Ø Update Existing Data

Ø Retrieve Data From The Database Or Electronic Files As Requested

Ø Perform Regular Backups To Ensure Data Preservation

Ø Sort And Organize Paperwork After Entering Data To Ensure It Is Not Lost

Ø Transfer Data From Paper Formats Into Computer Files Or Database Systems

Ø Type In Data Provided Directly From Customers

WORKING HOURS:

Ø 5 Days Per Week

Ø Off Days : (Sunday & Saturday)
