We're looking for a proactive and disciplined individual to support our logistics operations by maintaining compliance with TAPA, FSR, and other security frameworks. You'll play a key role in safeguarding our people, cargo, and assets while ensuring a safe working environment across our sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of TAPA, FSR, and supply chain security requirements.
  • Investigate cargo damage, loss, or other incidents to determine root causes and corrective actions.
  • Enforce comprehensive security and safety coverage to prevent theft, vandalism, mishandling, and other risks.
  • Ensure compliance with Company's Rules, Regulations, and security procedures to uphold discipline and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a safe and healthy workplace by driving awareness and accident prevention initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports with recommendations on critical preventive measures.
  • Oversee vendor security performance, attendance, and quality of work.
  • Conduct briefings, trainings, and internal audits related to ISO and security compliance.

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Hands-on experience in investigation, audit, or documentation of security processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO9001, TAPA standards, or Safety & Health practices is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literate and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, honesty, and integrity at all times.
