About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operation Project Management Executive to join our dynamic team at LUXSHARE PRECISION (M) SDN. BHD'. In this full-time position based in Parit Buntar Perak, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating complex engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end project activities from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare project timelines, track milestones, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to management and stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.

Operational Support

  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
  • Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvement solutions.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, and quality teams to resolve operational issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution.
  • Support management in resource planning and allocation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect and analyze project performance data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular progress reports and operational performance dashboards.
  • Support management in preparing proposals, cost analyses, and process review summaries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of working experience in operations or project management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Knowledge of project management tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
