About The Department

UOB Innovation Hub 2 (InnoHub2) is a UOB-wholly owned subsidiary and a Centre of Excellence based in Malaysia, providing Group Business Services (GBS) to support the UOB Group. Started in 2021 with technology application design, development and support, InnoHub2 is expanding beyond technology services to deliver other business services to support the Bank's growth ambition. Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge in risk analytics and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise platforms, databases, and programming languages, along with a solid background in credit risk modeling and regulatory reporting (ICAAP, IFRS9).

Job Requirements

Candidates are expected to: -

• Develop, maintain, and support applications across multiple platforms including Unix/Linux, VM, and Windows Server environments.
• Work with tools and technologies such as WebLogic, WildFly/JBoss, PowerShell scripting, Power BI, IIS, GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Oracle & Java.
• Manage and optimize databases (MSSQL & Oracle).
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot SQL stored procedures, APIs, and Java applications.
• Develop analytics and data visualization dashboards using BI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure adherence to processes, and maintain documentation.
• Support risk and regulatory reporting processes including Credit Risk modeling, ICAAP stress testing, and IFRS9 reporting.
• Leverage knowledge of OneSumX or similar risk/finance solutions to support functional requirements.

Key Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and API development.

• Strong experience with Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems.

• Hands-on expertise with MSSQL & Oracle databases.

• Familiarity with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools.

• Functional knowledge in Credit Risk modeling, ICAAP stress testing, and IFRS9 reporting.

• Experience with OneSumX product (advantageous).

• Strong data analysis, analytics, and visualization skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Ability to adhere to processes, compliance standards, and documentation practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins.

• Knowledge of application servers (WebLogic, WildFly/JBoss).
