Job Description

Job Summary:
As a Personal Banker, you will be responsible for managing accounts, providing financial advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic banking environment. You will have access to industry-leading tools and resources while working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to customers by understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet those needs.

• Manage accounts and ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

• Offer expert financial advice to individuals, families, and businesses on various financial products.

• Identify opportunities to cross-sell other banking products and services to enhance client relationships.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide seamless support to customers.

• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain knowledge and competitive edge.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in finance, economics, or related field.

• Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and tools.

• Experience in offering tailored financial solutions based on client needs.
