Tujuan Jawatan:

Bertanggungjawab melaksanakan kerja-kerja servis dan pembaikan kenderaan mengikut arahan Pesanan Servis (Service Order) dengan kualiti yang tinggi, mematuhi prosedur keselamatan, menjaga peralatan, serta memastikan kepuasan pelanggan melalui kerja yang cekap dan kemas.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

1. Pelaksanaan Kerja & Kualiti Servis

  • Melaksanakan kerja dengan betul pada kali pertama (do it right the first time).
  • Menjalankan kerja berkualiti berdasarkan arahan dalam Pesanan Servis (Service Order).
  • Memastikan semua permintaan pelanggan yang dicatat dalam Service Order diselesaikan dengan standard kualiti tinggi.
  • Melaporkan kepada Penyelia (Foreman) sekiranya tidak dapat menyiapkan kerja dalam masa yang ditetapkan.

2. Pemeriksaan Kenderaan

  • Memeriksa keadaan wiper, pad brek, tekanan tayar, timing belt, bateri, absorber, alignment, balancing dan komponen berkaitan.
  • Memaklumkan kepada Foreman sekiranya terdapat kerja tambahan yang perlu dilakukan ke atas kenderaan.

3. Peralatan & Alat Ganti

  • Menjaga dan menyelenggara alatan yang disediakan syarikat dan bengkel dalam keadaan baik.
  • Memaklumkan kepada Foreman sekiranya terdapat alatan rosak atau tidak boleh digunakan.

4. Pengurusan Waktu & Dokumentasi

  • Mengamalkan disiplin masa kerja setiap Pesanan Servis/ pembaikan.
  • Melaporkan kepada Foreman masa siap kerja serta jenis kerja yang telah dilakukan.
  • Bertanggungjawab ke atas inventori alat tangan yang diberi, dalam keadaan baik serta bertanggungjawab atas kehilangan.

5. Keselamatan & Penjagaan Kenderaan

  • Memastikan semua kenderaan dikendalikan dengan cermat sebelum dan selepas kerja dilakukan.
  • Menjaga kebersihan kenderaan pelanggan dan menggunakan pelindung tempat duduk, fender, dan alas lantai semasa kerja.
  • Menjaga kebersihan dan keselamatan tempat kerja setiap masa.

6. Kerja Tambahan & Tugas Lain

  • Bersedia bekerja lebih masa dengan notis yang munasabah atas permintaan Pengurus / Eksekutif Servis.
  • Melaksanakan sebarang tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh pihak atasan.
  • Mengamalkan dan mengekalkan standard 5S di kawasan kerja.
