Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and driven individuals to join us as Management Trainees (Specialized in Sales). This program is designed to groom fresh graduates into future sales leaders through structured on-the-job training and mentorship. You will gain exposure to customer relationship management, product knowledge, sales coordination, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply our sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Analyses sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support sales order processing and follow up on delivery schedules and collection.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as production, design, logistics and finance department to ensure smooth sales operations and payment collection.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma/ SPM in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to communicate in both English and Malay.
  • Proactive, willing to learn, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
