ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We're looking for a Creative Project Coordinator to support our NPI (New Product Introduction) team. You will help keep projects running smoothly by coordinating workflow, managing files, supporting reviews, and assisting with light creative tasks.

• Support the NPI lead and creative team in daily operations (meetings, materials, deliveries, tracking, etc)
• Manage, liaise, and communicate with internal & external stakeholders
• Coordinate, manage, and organize project assets and its libraries (physical and digital)
• Create PPT decks for reviews, proposals, shot lists, etc
• Consolidate team feedback and prepare review-ready materials
• Support small internal shoots (prep, logistics, references)
• Perform minor creative edits (cropping, resizing, simple exports

REQUIRED

• BA in Mass Communications, Multimedia/ Design or a related field
• Basic proficiency in Adobe and video editing software (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and file types
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

PREFERRED

• Experience in coordination, project support, or administrative roles
• Understanding of creative workflows (video/photo/design)
• Experience preparing decks (PPT) for reviews or proposals

SKILLS

• Comfortable communicating with cross functional teams from various cultures and backgrounds
• Proactive and willingness to learn
