Job Descriptions:

  • Operate and monitor machinery, equipment, and process systems to ensure smooth oil production.
  • Assist in process adjustments to optimize production efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations, production logs, and downtime reports.
  • Handle raw materials, waste disposal, and process flow as per company standards.
  • Assist in emergency response and support plant shutdown/startup activities.
  • Follow HSE guidelines, use proper PPE, and report any safety hazards immediately.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Operation Engineer.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Memantau dan melaras parameter proses seperti suhu, tekanan, aliran dan campuran bahan kimia bagi memastikan kualiti produk terjamin.
  • Bekerjasama rapat dengan jurutera proses untuk mengoptimumkan kecekapan operasi serta mengurangkan pembaziran dan masa henti (downtime).
  • Mengambil dan menganalisis sampel atau data proses bagi memastikan pengeluaran kekal dalam spesifikasi yang ditetapkan.
  • Menyelesaikan masalah berkaitan penyimpangan proses (process deviation), bukan terhad kepada kerosakan peralatan sahaja.
  • Menyediakan, menyelenggara dan mengemas kini rekod prestasi proses, serta mencadangkan penambahbaikan berterusan bagi meningkatkan kecekapan dan kualiti.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Diploma in chemical technical fields.
  • Requires language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the chemical process industries. Oil & gas, chemicals and petrochemical fields will be an added advantage
  • Communicate effectively to technical and non-technical persons
  • Details, specific and hands-on in approach with good analytical skills
  • High commitment on execution, aggressive, dynamic and result oriented
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and work pressure with under tight schedule
  • Able to work in shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
