As an Administrative Intern, you will support the daily operations of the office by assisting with administrative tasks, organizational duties, and documentation management. This role provides exposure to office management, workflow processes, and professional communication within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Support scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies and track inventory.
  • Assist in onboarding new staff or interns.
  • Support special projects or events as needed.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth administrative operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in completing tasks.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM RM1,000.00 per month
