About the role

INFOPRO Sdn Bhd is seeking an exceptional AI Developer / Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions to drive innovation and business success.

The candidate shall collaborate with subject matter experts in the banking & financial sector to understand specific requirements, identify business use cases and providing valuable insights to enhance and expand the organization data models and AI solutions.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement complex AI algorithms and models to solve business challenges

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions

  3. Optimize and fine-tune AI models for improved performance and accuracy

  4. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI systems

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

  6. Document and maintain AI systems and processes to ensure long-term sustainability

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or Computational Mathematics/Statistics

  2. Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras

  3. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques

  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java

  5. Experience with LLM, Open AI, Gemini, RAG, Agentic AI Frameworks, MCP (Model Context Protocol), or related AI technologies

  6. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills

  7. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
