We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design, video production, and multimedia with a passion for ideation, creativity and delivering top-notch visual content. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across various media platforms. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for leading design and video multimedia projects from concept to execution. You will work closely with marketing department to develop visual concepts and designs, shoot and edit videos and ensure that all multimedia content aligns with brand goals and storytelling. Your expertise in both graphic design and video production will be essential in producing visually compelling content that resonates with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of graphic design concepts for digital, print, and multimedia campaigns, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all visual materials.
  • Take charge of video projects from shooting to editing, ensuring high-quality production that aligns with creative objectives. Plan, shoot and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, events and other company initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, conceptualize and execute creative campaigns. Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas to design and multimedia projects.
  • Ensure that all visual content maintains the integrity of the brand's visual identity. Create engaging content that communicates the brand's values and resonates with target audiences.
  • Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for video shoots, graphic design production and multimedia needs.
  • Work with writers, marketers, photographers and other designers to create cohesive campaigns.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, video production and multimedia design. Proven track record in creating compelling visual content across various digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong understanding of design principles, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
  • Experience with video shooting, editing and post-production. Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques, sound design and video editing software.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for a variety of media, including digital, print and video. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Proven ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, video production and multimedia projects.
