Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Creative Graphic Designer & Event Planner. This unique hybrid role combines artistic design skills with event planning and execution expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing visual materials for marketing and branding, while also taking the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, festivals, and promotional activities. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong project management abilities.

Job Scope / Responsibilities

Creative Graphic Design

  • Develop creative concepts, designs, and layouts for marketing materials, digital content, event branding, signage, and promotional campaigns.
  • Produce high-quality artwork for print, social media, website, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Create event-related visual materials such as invitations, posters, banners, backdrops, and digital assets.
  • Coordinate with printers, production houses, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion, including corporate functions, exhibitions, festivals, and promotional activities.
  • Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines.
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and partners for event logistics, setup, and tear-down.
  • Oversee event branding, layout design, and on-site visual presentation.
  • Manage on-ground execution, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Prepare post-event reports, feedback analysis, and improvement plans.

General & Collaborative

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Brainstorm and propose fresh ideas for branding and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a library of creative assets and event portfolios.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc creative or event-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing tools.
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in event planning, coordination, and on-ground execution.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings during events.
