JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of TowerCo to lead our tower infrastructure business. This role requires a visionary leader with strong commercial, operational, and technical expertise in the telecommunications infrastructure sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the overall TowerCo operations, including strategy, business development, and P&L performance.
  • Develop and implement business plans to expand tower portfolios and tenancy ratios.
  • Oversee asset management, network infrastructure maintenance, and new tower deployments.
  • Drive commercial negotiations, partnership opportunities, and long-term client contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, health & safety, and environmental requirements.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations and technical team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications or infrastructure industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven experience in tower operations, network rollout, or infrastructure management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on operational execution skills.
