(Entry to Mid-Senior level)

We are currently seeking 3 project engineers to join our Project team in Johor Bahru and/or Kuala Lumpur.

What you'll be doing:

In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of our diverse range of construction projects.

  • Oversee daily site activities including general labour force and monitor the work progress of subcontractors.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Interpret and assess technical drawings and designs for implementation.
  • Review project specifications and manage technical clarifications.
  • Prepare submissions for approval, including method statements and material approvals.
  • Supervise the procurement, delivery and tracking of materials on-site according to the specifications.
  • Participate in all site meetings and inspections as necessary.
  • Ensure prompt progress reporting and accurate documentation for all site activities.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors at all levels.
  • Motivate teammates, workers, and subcontractors to encourage efficiency and collaboration.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Power Engineering with minimum 1–2 years relevant working experience.
  • Experience in similar EPC companies is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM software.
  • Must be willing to relocate if residing outside of Johor Bahru / Kuala Lumpur.
  • Fresh graduates with BEng (Electrical/Power) welcome to apply.
  • More experienced engineers will also be considered for mid-senior roles.

  • Possess strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team.
