About the Role:

Tea Publica Legacy Sdn. Bhd. is looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our growing team. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a pleasant dining and beverage experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve customers in a warm and professional manner.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
  • Prepare drinks and light snacks according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, dining, and preparation areas.
  • Handle cash register transactions and ensure correct cash handling.
  • Assist in inventory control and restocking supplies.
  • Support team members and contribute to a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Friendly personality with good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
