Logistics Supervisor

The Logistics Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all site logistics activities to support the construction of a hyperscale data center. This role ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel across a large-scale, fast-paced project environment. The supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain seamless operations and mitigate risks related to supply chain and site logistics.

• Material Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring timely receipt and distribution of construction materials and equipment.
• Site Traffic Management: Develop and enforce traffic flow plans for heavy vehicles, cranes, and personnel within the site.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment; implement tracking systems to prevent loss or delays.
• Supplier & Contractor Liaison: Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to align delivery schedules with project milestones.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure logistics operations comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel; provide training and performance oversight.
• Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in supply chain and site logistics to avoid project delays.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on logistics performance, delivery status, and inventory levels for project leadership.
