  • With MIN 3 years experience in conveyancing will be preferable.
  • Must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English.Able to read and converse in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  • Able to work and handle files efficiently and independently with minimal supervision, and able to work as a team.
  • Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
  • Familiar with banking documentations.
  • Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
  • Prepare legal opinion and legal advise on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
  • Draft correspondences, legal instruments or documents to developers, banks, third parties.
  • Address residential and commercial projects' legal issues.
  • Handle and attend to signings of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Conveyancing related job.
