Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in marketing or brand management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic marketing, brand building, and market expansion within a corporate or multinational environment.
  • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, partners, and media.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, market analysis, and brand strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • High proficiency in presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
