Role Description

We're seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who is data-driven, analytical, and results oriented to lead and optimize our paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and others driving measurable ROI, lead generation, and brand visibility across our target markets in the Middle East and South Asia.

You'll work closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop impactful ad creatives, test performance funnels, and scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining strong cost-performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and snapchat
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with education marketing or lead generation is an advantage.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are highly preferred.
