IP Expert/ Senior Specialist
Your Responsibilities
Management of Intellectual Property (IP) related topics with a focus on invention harvesting and patent prosecution as well as exploitation/enforcementReview of IP and R&D related contractsManagement of AT&S TrademarksServe as a contact person for IP, providing support and knowledge transfer to departmentsImplementation and further development of IP related processes and procedures according to the IP-strategyRepresentation of AT&S vis-à-vis internal and external parties in all IP related aspects (inventors, customers, suppliers, partners, Business Units, funding agencies, patent attorneys etc.)IP-Analyses and SoA searchesYour profile 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Engineering, Science, or related field.Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IP management, preferably in a multinational or technology-driven company.Advanced knowledge in the field of IP (Licensed Patent Agent for MY or China) Strong knowledge of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.Experience in handling IP filings, oppositions, and enforcement actions.Technical understanding (Technical background preferred, a basic Knowledge of Substrate and PCB manufacturing methods is advantageous)Interest in Finance and Legal mattersKnowledge in Project ManagementExcellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and training skills with the ability to work across departments.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.Our Offer
