Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking and monitoring inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Support logistics activities, such as coordinating transportation and distribution.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and orders.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process and develop methods to enhance processes.
  • Contribute to supply chain reporting, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with documentation tasks, such as preparing reports and maintaining records.
  • Communicate with suppliers, internal teams, and potentially external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Help identify and solve problems within the supply chain, contributing to overall efficiency.
  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

  • Final year bachelor's degree students in supply chain, procurement, e-commerce, business and administration or related field.
  • Good administrative and organization skill.
  • Good in Microsoft word, excel, power point.
  • Able to work as a team.
  • Willing to learn new things.
  • Is a strong team player, shrewd interface agent and a confident communicator.
  • Is always fueled with positivity, energy and can-do attitude in managing assigned responsibilities.
  • Has proficiency in Microsoft Office and in languages of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Has 3 to 6 months' availability for the internship placement.
  • Has outstanding academic and extraordinary non-scholastic achievement in any discipline.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
