Oracle Supply Chain Solutions Architect

We're seeking a Solutions Architect / Business Analyst to be part of our global team supporting manufacturing and supply chain systems.

This role is key in delivering impactful initiatives across our regional operations - enhancing system capabilities, process efficiency, and data visibility in areas such as manufacturing, warehousing, and supply chain management.

You'll be involved in projects ranging from plant expansions and material flow optimization to system integration and automation. These may include initiatives like MES connectivity, warehouse automation, supply chain network optimization, 3PL integrations, and lead-time improvement programs.

Working closely with Operations, IT, and Supply Chain teams, you will assess current processes, uncover improvement opportunities, and design practical, data-driven solutions that strengthen overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and map current manufacturing and supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop solution designs and architectures aligned with business priorities and system capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Quality) to define technical and functional requirements.
  • Support ERP, APS, MES, and 3PL system enhancements to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and integration.
  • Convert business requirements into clear technical and functional documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of business processes and system configurations.
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and deployment of new features or process improvements.
  • Provide ongoing support for system optimization and configuration updates within daily operations.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Architect or Business Analyst role within manufacturing and/or supply chain functions.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and planning platforms, especially:
  • Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS): Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehousing, and 3PL modules
  • (Bonus)
    Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
  • o9 APS: SEIO and MEIO modeling and execution
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals (e.g., eDHR, eBR).
  • Track record of driving process and system improvements in live operational environments.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and proven stakeholder engagement across technical and business teams.
  • Exposure to digital transformation or implementation projects is an advantage.

Education & Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Oracle, o9, APICS, PMP) are preferred but not essential.
