·       Handle and organize all customs import and export documentation, ensuring full compliance with LMW (Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse) regulations.

·       Manage and maintain accurate LMW inventory and customs documentation, including monthly and yearly reports for submission to customs authorities.

·       Coordinate with customs officers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents to ensure smooth clearance and transportation of goods.

·       Monitor and resolve logistics-related issues, such as shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.

·       Liaise with internal departments (production, warehouse, procurement, customer service) and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.

·       Support and prepare for customs audits and ensure all export/import activities comply with regulatory requirements.

·       Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, documentation accuracy, and compliance standards.

·       Monitor the expiration date of the LMW license and exemption for CEPT.

·       Prepare monthly and yearly Custom reports. Issue shipping (DO, Invoice) for local and export shipments (prepare document for declaration).

·       Alert the customer and the sub-con when the license expires.

·       Perform any other duties assigned by superiors when it is deemed necessary from time to time.

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and customs operations within a manufacturing or export-oriented company.

·       Strong understanding of LMW procedures and customs regulations

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

·       In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.

·       Strong sense of time organization and urgency.

·       Ability to work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.
