Job Descriptions:

  • Renew and manage import/export licenses annually, ensuring timely submission and compliance with Customs requirements.
  • Verify import and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, packing lists, and permits.
  • Apply and update LMW material lists, including submission of new items, deletion requests, and renewal of licenses.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, purchasing, production) to ensure accurate reporting of raw materials and finished goods movement.
  • Liaise with customs officers and government agencies for inspections, approvals, and regulatory updates.
  • Monitor scrap and waste materials from production, ensuring proper categorization, documentation, and disposal in line with Customs and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in customs inspections and audits, including preparing physical samples, documentation, and explanation of processes.
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned by the superior or management, in line with customs operations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in customs documentation, LMW operations, or import/export coordination.
  • Proficient in coordinating with government agencies such as Customs, MITI, and MIDA for import/export documentation and regulatory approvals.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Malay, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Willing to support internal teams, including logistics, purchasing, and production, to ensure smooth customs operations.
