  • Provide day-to-day IT support to all staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access permissions.
  • Monitor network performance, ensure connectivity, and maintain data security and backups.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, repair, and maintenance.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of ERP, HRIS, and other business systems.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure timely software updates and patches.
  • Assist in developing IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools, security, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT standards and data protection policies.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiar with hardware troubleshooting, LAN/WAN setup, and server maintenance.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
