  • What you'll be doing
  • Inspect incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform visual and dimensional checks and dimensional measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other precision instruments.
  • Generate reports including Corrective Actions (customer complaints), First Article Inspection (FAI) reports, Final QC reports, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) when required.
  • Able to use measuring equipment such as CMM Machine & Keyence Multisensor Measurement Mc
  • Monitor calibration schedules for all equipment to prevent delays.
  • Perform accurate mechanical, physical & visual inspection of parts.
  • To ensure the shipment schedules are meeting the deadline.
  • Assist in handling non-conforming products and supporting root cause analysis.
  • Lead the team during Internal/External Audit.
  • Assist in product packing for delivery.

  • You are required to performed others duties which assign by your supervisor.

  • Work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain product quality.

  • To support for ad-hoc activities requested by superior

What we're looking for

  • You have Certificate / Diploma in Manufacturing / Quality or equivalent.
  • You have minimum 2 years or relevant experience in similar environment.

  • Hands-on experience in calibration of equipment and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
