Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer quality queries, complaint / returns.
  • Responsible for investigating failures, root causes through 8D approach.
  • Liaison between internal departments and customers on quality related matter.
  • Drive internal team on continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform data analysis, reports and presentation.

  • Improvement of process implementation of quality system activities in relation to ISO policies and procedures.

  • Support suppliers in implementing quality improvement initiatives and process controls.

  • Performing Internal, External and 3rd party audits.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Preferably candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Mechanical or Electronic Basis preferred.
  • Familiar with QMS, EMS or other applicable standards.
  • Full-Time position(s) available. For the lead position, takes a lead and mentor QA team members, providing guidance on best practices, technical skills, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
