The primary role is to support the site by delivering Improvement Projects to the agreed time, cost, and quality targets (coaching in Lean Six Sigma - DMAIC tools and techniques)

Responsibilities:

·       Lead and execute process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.

·       Design equipment and manufacturing layouts to ensure efficient product flow.

·       Perform line balancing and optimize workstation assignments for productivity.

·       Analyze and map existing processes; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

·       Develop and monitor performance metrics and KPIs to track improvement progress.

·       Organize and facilitate cross-functional project teams; ensure effective communication and alignment.

·       Conduct cost-benefit and financial impact analyses for short- and long-term savings initiatives.

·       Deliver training and presentations on Operational Excellence tools and techniques.

·       Coordinate Kaizen events and certification programs for Green and Black Belts.

·       Align cost-reduction strategies with budgets and continuous improvement plans.

·       Optimize supply chain by eliminating non-value-added activities and reducing lead time.

·       Maintain and prioritize the project hopper to focus on high-value initiatives.

·       Prepare engineering documentation for validations and changes (ECOs, CERs, SCRs, CDPs).

·       Ensure compliance with safety standards and participate in emergency response plans.

·       Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.

Job Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience

Desired Skills and Experience:

·       Degree in industrial Engineering

·       Experience in Operational Excellent or Project Engineering

·       Advanced written and verbal English

·       Certifications in Green Belt & Black Belt

·       Project Management
