What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales targets and grow new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Prepare quotations, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle customer feedback and ensure quality service.
  • Monitor payment collections and support credit control.
  • Keep management updated on market trends and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the corrugated carton or packaging industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking principals).
  • Willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
