Candidate Requirements

  • Experience as Service Advisor in automotive dealership
  • Strong communication skills & good command in speaking English
  • Computer savvy
  • Enjoy meeting and working with customers
  • Pleasant & friendly; able to smile and to treat all customers in a polite, friendly & helpful manner even when handling difficult customers
  • Have the motivation and drive to push for sales

Job Description

  • Attend to customers' daily service needs whilst complying to work procedures
  • Manage service appointments registration
  • Promote service and parts sales
  • Execution of customer service-related duties and responsibilities
  • Coordinate with Job Controllers / Foremen / Technician on work progress status & inform any delay to customer accordingly
  • Handle customer complaints and ensures high customer satisfaction
