Key Responsibilities

-Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.

-Conduct requirement workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to identify needs and objectives.

-Translate business needs into technical requirements and communicate them effectively to the development and testing teams.

-Perform gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.

-Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA testers, and end-users to ensure successful project delivery.

-Create and maintain process flows, data models, and business documentation.

-Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases, validating deliverables, and coordinating feedback.

-Track project progress, issues, and risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

-Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation.

Qualifications & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, finance, or other relevant domains.

-Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and modeling techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).

-Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

-Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Excel, or Power BI.

-Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

-Experience in data analysis or reporting (SQL, Power BI, Tableau).

-Knowledge of API integrations or system design basics.

-Exposure to ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).

-Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, ECBA, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.
