Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategy Analyst to join Group Technology Digital Strategy Office team. As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the bank's digital initiatives. Leveraging your strategic mind-set and analytical skills, you will contribute to the development and implementation of digital strategies that drive the bank's competitiveness in the ever-evolving financial landscape.

Responsibilities

  1. Digital Landscape Analysis
    : Conduct in-depth analysis of the digital landscape, including market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors, to inform the bank's digital strategy.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the bank's digital strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ensuring a forward-looking approach.
  3. Business Intelligence:
    Utilize data analytics and business intelligence tools to derive actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making for digital initiatives.
  4. Performance Measurement:
    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies. Regularly monitor and report on the performance of digital projects.
  5. Collaboration:
    Work closely with internal stakeholders, including marketing, technology, and finance teams, to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital strategies.
  6. Project Management:
    Manage aspects of digital projects, including timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful implementation of digital initiatives.
  7. Risk Assessment:
    Identify potential risks and challenges associated with digital strategies and propose mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  8. Innovation Advocacy:
    Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies, providing insights and recommendations to foster innovation within the digital strategy.

Key Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in digital strategy, business analysis, or a related role within the financial services industry or comparable sectors.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concept to diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
  • A strategic mind set with the ability to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, adapting to changes in technology and market dynamics.
  • Experience in managing projects, from conception to implementation, with a focus on delivering results.
